Ithen wasn't good at making friends, but was the kind of person who would be loud and obnoxious trying. Of course, usually he didn't try too hard, but in this case there was a dog. He loved dogs. He always thought of getting his own but could never hold a job long enough to do it. So he always tried to introduce himself to dog owners as if it was his job to do so.

As he approached the red and black haired character he smiled a huge smile, trying hard not to be awkward and put his hand behind his neck. "What a pretty dog." He paused, "C-can I pet it?" He look away trying to show that he was expecting a 'no' for an answer. He didn't want to be rude and do it suddenly. Some dogs were aggressive after-all.
