Guess I'll be working on a single human nation, a rather small and isolated city-state called the Technocracy of the White Star, which has a republican sort of thing going on, and, if permitted by you, is the only (or the one of the few) faction that features arquebus/musket weaponry and primitive steam engines.

They do Spanish tercios for their armies. Would that be good?

Or I could do the whole human race by myself, but I would be reluctant and intimidated by that big of a job.
