1. No. All three of the starting cities are landlocked, bro. Sorry. I'd suggest time skipping within your post and having him show up in one of the cities later.

Oh and by the way, any other character in Maceron must already be there, because the city's gates have been closed due to the impending siege. I tried to convey that before, but nobody seemed to listen and I ran out of John Cena potion. The peeps who already did it don't have to change their post, but if you're in Maceron you're already there.
