Jeffrey took the paper waver with his right hand, pulling it up closer to him and staring at it, the waver read

Jeffrey read the entire thing, it was nothing bad but he swore he saw some small text near the bottom 
Jeffrey immediately asked jack [b]Yo, I need a magnifying glass[/b] and held his right hand out to take one, Jeffrey hated wavers, they always had some small text in the bottom of the page
