Ironman. Arguably Captain America who's at [i]peak[/i]--not super--human potential. Nightwing. Black Widow. Batwoman (Barbara). Green Arrow. 

Um. I actually don't know many superheros, lol, but every one I do is better than Batman as a character. (And 20 is a lot, man, you rude.) He's overrated and flat and, again, I wrote better characters when I first started role playing.
