Nick sat in his room, wondering about what to do. He'd been taken to Riverwood academy a few days ago, and had been introduced to the academy and his surrounds. He got a room to himself, which was nice. But now that he'd done all the introductory stuff, he had no idea what he had to do right now. Nick sighed and relaxed on the bed. The room was nice enough, and had enough room for all his things, of which he didn't have much. As such, it ended up as a very plain room and there wasn't much he could do about it, considering he was still technically blind... When his ability awakened, it made his life a whole lot easier, but it took a bit to get used to it. Living blind for years and then suddenly being able to sense where things were was good. Refreshing, even. That said, he still couldn't see colour. He couldn't read ink writing, nor could he see electronic screens. He knew it was good that he had, but he couldn't help missing the world of light he once had. Nick got up and stopped thinking about it. No sense in worrying about something I can't help. He thought. He decided to get up and get out of his room, taking a walk to cement his memory of the surroundings. He opened the door and walked out, closign it behind him.
