Alec thinks little of human lives, especially that of his subordinates, calling them garbage with no human rights even more with his guild members who he sees no more than mere guinea pigs. He favors the strong and punishes the weak.This thinking is allowing him to kill any person that he deems useless without remorse, and takes pleasure out of taking away life; this thought process is compared to that of him simply pulling out weeds. A trait of a Roganoff whose mantle is strong and cruel. As of late he is more hot blooded and willing to eradicate Harpy's Wing and Vyper Bolt with his team of elite mages, Howling Pack consisting of 6 Elite Mages with Oram Hellios being its leader. Alec holds Oram high but both seem to hate each other.
