There wasn't really a set output in mind, since it'll never come up and he's basically meant to be a human battery. The point was more to slap an arbitrarily large number on to justify powering a robot suit and laser cannon and maybe macguyvering some other crazy gizmos.
I mean your character isn't exactly getting flung in the opposite direction every time she throws a car, is she?
