Oh yeah, the person leaving is bad. I've had plenty of RPs, where more than 70% of the players are people that: Made an app, never joined. Reserved a spot, never joined. Made an app, made one post, then never joined. Or just up and leave when they get bored. I really wish people could at least pop in and say "Sorry, I'm dropping out. Bye." real quick if they don't have time...
