(I took a class on that in high school. I can play the flute, but not that well. It was a long time ago.)

"Whatever they were protecting, it must have been important, if they put such defenses on it" Tala said, still a bit woozy from the recent fight.

"Let's just get that door open" Larek told them. "Oh, and I'm glad you're alright, Nyx." He stuck his sword into the door and used it as a lever to pry it open just a bit. Once he could fit his claws in, he began to pull it open, making little progress. Suddenly, he saw a flash of light from behind him. 

Baring his fangs in anger he drew his sword "Oh gods, what now?!" A portal had opened up. Seeing who was on the other side, he sheathed it again.

Orna sighed. "I'm glad I can talk to you about such things, but it really was a mistake on my part. I know I don't admit mistakes very often, but I think I can tell you, Jammy. Maybe I just need to calm down a bit when I get... you know. I mean, you have a lot of children so you'd definitely know" she added with a laugh.

Vespion led Tran downstairs to a room with a glowing portal, leading to the same temple as Larek and the others. They could see through the portal from the temple.

"Tran, is that... that's one of your sisters, isn't it? And one of Adykon's sons?" Vespion asked him.

"Indeed it is. I've heard of animals with finer wool, such as llamas, but I have never seen them myself" Kos explained.

"The higher-sounding notes are higher up, and the lower-sounding notes are lower down. As for the length of the sounds, I am still trying to figure that out" Veax replied.
