Dark Nights is two things that serve Ishin's purposes. First and foremost it is a night club, decked in neon lights and filled with startling attractive staff dressed in appropriately scant clothing. It is a popular hotspot for the younger beings of District 8, Human and Ghoul alike. Secondly it serves as a Sanctuary for the Ghouls of District 8. Serving a more offensive outlet for the Ghouls of 8, Ishin heads hunts to feed the younger and those that do not wish to partake in hunts any longer. Ishin also picks Ghouls from those that find sanctuary under his roof and trains them to defend themselves.
