Mei  is able to shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting  from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons),  Mei is limited into generating electricity to certain uses such as  shooting bolts and streaming. She is also able to ride wires and fuse  electricity in objects. Iron Sand and electromagnetism to some degree.
