Dihira is already listed as supplying aforementioned poison, actually. She didn't create the poison itself, but rather had it milked from the fangs of Ouroboros.

I am open to discussing the issue further though. If Epideimos was part of the conspiracy, perhaps he crafted the actual poison, using the milk of Ouroboros as the primary ingredient? Or something to that effect.
