[@Slendy] As Turbo said, my conception of Dove ranks was wrong. They start on Rank 3 and advance towards Rank 1. I'm guessing what you want for your character is for him to be a Rank 1. Change the rank, otherwise, you are accepted.

@Everyone, given that Phobos is still making his OC, we'll wait for him. I think he'll be the last person we'll wait for before starting the IC. So, I ask you again, do you have any particular way of how you want to start this up? Like, going to the dinner hall, having free roam, etc, etc...?
