Yeah looking back I didn't word that portion properly, haha. I imagined it as a hole, but a little bigger than the size of her hand since the goo acted like superglue. Ah well, small potatoes. 

And that could work, as they try to escape the bulb in the middle spits out flying spirits and they come after them, sweeping them away. Maybe Ryuu could deal that sufficient damage and then that is the monster's response to it.
