@ Classified - Having characters return would certainly be a possibility.  The roleplay setup is to allow such a flow of characters to come and go as they please.

So probably how I'll set the roleplay up is by location.  When the Seer arrives or gets near to a new location I'll create the setting with which you can then create characters for if you so wish.  There will be a wide variety of settings as we go through story arcs so characters and locations will get pretty diverse.
