Looks good to me! I like the character, I think he'll be a really good addition to the group in terms of his personality. Another outgoing and enthusiastic person is always welcome, and I think his attitude will be a good change to the others.

Regarding the sheet, I do have only one question - which mark of F-15 is he piloting, as there are quite significant differences between some of them - the F-15E Strike Eagle, for example, is almost a completely different plane than the F-15C, which is focused on Air Superiority. And then you get into the foreign versions (like the F-15K 'slam eagle') which are different again. 
I'm not trying to be picky, just making sure I know, and that you do too - knowing what I'm dealing with when planning out missions means no-one gets left with nothing to do! 
Also, I don't mind which version you pick either - it's completely up to you :) 

(Although I do [i]love[/i] the Strike Eagle...)
