Makoto's laugh fizzled out as she turned to face Katherin, the large smile still stretching across her face. She waited for Katherin to explain her comment, prompting her by saying;

Makoto couldn't help but notice that the students around the trio were not happy with the paint splatter. Many had in fact stormed off. She wondered if they were going to get into trouble if a teacher walked this deep into the cafeteria.
