I've attempted to connect to the IRC. I type in a name (Teknonick, ASDFg, sabfi3u5b, or anything else I think of at the time), and hit enter... then wait. And wait. And wait. Nothing ever happens. I tried it on my phone once, and it worked instantly... but other than that, I've never been able to connect to this forum's IRC. I have successfully connected to everyone else's IRC though.

Anyway! I have a character in mind now, which is one I haven't tried before. But, before I throw up my character...

1. Where is everyone? I don't want to drop my character into a situation that conflicts with my first few posts.
2. What season is it? Kind of important for designing my character's first set of appearance.
3. How many posts should I create, before running into everyone else? (I'm fine with RPing by myself for awhile, especially when no one else is posting for awhile.)
4. But really, how do I connect to this RP's IRC?
