The Third Age [hider] 51-The Swordsman Hunter Name - Sohes Race - Human Age- 21 Gender- Male Sword style -- Ataru -this style is the most acrobatic of all the forms and requires a swordsman to first master man other acrobatic maneuvers. By incorporating all the powers that allow a swordsman to exceed standard norms of physical abilities, they may resemble nothing less than a blur when using this style. Weapons- Twin swords Terra and Aero. Also two additional blades that he won from his father in a duel. He uses them together, the silver is called Aurora and the golden blade is Mirage. Terra and Aero were made by himself, a skill he was taught by his father who believed to have something great it must be earned by hard work and determination. When his father decided to move on from Aurora and Mirage to make his own new cane blade, they were given to Sohes. Sohes also has many other small possessions on himself, including a dagger, throwing knives, and a small necklace in the shape of a white platinum cross given to Sohes by his mother. Unbeknownst to him, the necklace is a hand-and-a-half blade with a blank design that will only change after having been discovered by Sohes. History- Invoked Maneuvers- 1. Shield of Sword - While using Terra and Aero together in a normal standing stance, Sohes quickly spins his blades, Areo covering his top half and Terra his lower, protecting his body from incoming strikes and projectiles. 2. Block and Jab - Switching up the Shield of Sword, Sohes goes into and kneeling stance, allowing him to defend himself with either Terra or Aurora, then use Aero or Mirage for striking through the spinning of his other blade quickly 3. Tempered Blades - After a few minutes of battle, the energy in the air from the battle can be transferred into Aurora and Mirage, giving them distinct properties. Aurora's blade will become a sky blue and every strike made with it will be numbed. While this stops the pain from being felt from the first few strikes, over time the numbing will have its own toll. Mirage will become a red-orange and super heated. If limbs are severed they are instantly cauterized, as are all other wounds, stopping bleeding completely. 4. Quad WieldStrom - Using all four blades at once by connecting the hilts of Terra to Aero and Aurora to Mirage. Each blades special ability is activated at once. Aurora and Mirage become their tempered blades forms. Terra becomes crystalline and Aero becomes razor thin, making them nearly invisible. 5. He grew up only with his father and joined him through all of his journeys, even riding in back of his father's Zoid during some missions. Althought he has a preference to being outside of the main battle and helping as both a distraction and sniping, he found being able to do close combat was essential. He studied Zoids almost as much as he studied school, even reading about strategies and Zoid battles from the wars. His first Zoid was a Konig Wolf, bought with his own money working for his dad. He found that the Wolves were nearly perfect for the type of combat he preferred, and did little modifications to change it besides to add his own flair. He received the "skeleton" of a Sword Wolf, which he quickly worked on to get the right parts together and fix it. Being an Orc, his body is naturally toned and muscular, but is scarred far more than the usual Orc and that will be explained shortly.. Bio: When he was born and raised for the few years he was a part of his clan, Agnun was raised by his father, one of the hunter/warrior chiefs in their land. As most understand their culture early on since Orc life is fairly simple to grasp, he was raised and fought as most children did. He even received a wolf cub on his fifth birthday as all Orcs did to have a hunting partner and protector. This creature was his "brother of the hunt" However, his father had been declared a traitor for an untold reason by the leader of their clan, immediately sending his own comrades of war back upon him. Enraged, Agnun's father fought to his death immersed in his anger. Agnun's mother was taken by another man, and the orphan was taken in by the clan leader. He was not taken in for any remorseful reason, but only to torture the six year old until exhaustion. After a few weeks, Agnun was brought before the council of warriors which declared him not worthy of reproducing, as he would just produce weaker Orcs. The punishment for this declaration is the removal of the needs "tools". Before this process was completed however, Garland, one of the few humans that were allowed into the lands of the Orcs free of charge, stopped this crazed punishment and took the child away from the clan, under threat of his own power. The clans did not questions this and left a march upon his shoulder blade that declared him an outcast of his people. Gathering his wolf, from then on named Juar, into his arms, he quietly left his homeland and went with Garland, spending his first year with him in complete silence. When he finally began to talk, he told Garland that he wanted to be known as Orc, and few people know his real name besides Garland and the others As he went along with his companions, he developed certain emotions for each of his group mates, or even adopted siblings and their father. First there was Aleck, who Agnun cares for deeply like a brother, though he shows it rarely like most emotions. Being the same age and understanding the hindrance his life had because of his lost sight, Agnun's eyes always watched him carefully. Second was Ilisa, who worried him because of her thieving skills. He kept a close watch on his belongings until a level of trust was earned, always feeling a push away that had less to do with her and more to do with their racial backgrounds. Third was Felix, whose adventurous spirit excited Angun and reminded him of the hunters of his old tribe, always trying for the best and cleanest kill. Garland was never a father to him, because Agnun still remembered his father vividly even before his accusations of betrayal. This different of title meant nothing to Agnun however, as he felt that his adoptive uncle was both a great mentor and friend. He would fight for the man's honor, or just the man's next meal if he could to pay Garland back for the many things he did for Agnun. These things varied from allowing him to keep Juar, when other saw him as a wild beast, to giving him a weapon besides the normal blunt instruments that Orcs were only thought capable of wielding. Weapons: I picked an axe/scythe type weapon for Agnun, going with a less common weapon of pure strength you would expect from an Orc. Having been away from his kind for years, it feels as though he would try to use their strength and speed more effectively than just a club, broad sword, or battle axe. Also his "brother of the hunt's" soon, a currently 2 year old pup named Rav'non in honor of Agnun's father. Magical abilities: While magic is not unheard of from the Orcs, it is a rarity. A healing ability is even less found among them besides those that are "witch doctor" types, His only magical powers show when his emotional stability is compromised, as he is a very even tempered individual. When he is angered, in a true rage, his body begins to secrete a grey aura of toxin around him about 5 feet all around him. His body does not feel any effect from it, only a sense of the power working around him. When he is sad or depressed the same aura begins to do the opposite. Instead of sending out a toxin, the aura gives off a healing ability that has the same distance. He cannot control who it will heal, but the more he contains his grief the tighter the aura comes to him, meaning he would have to come into physical contact with the person to begin the healing. Water5: Waving - The same circle that is used for Armed can be used as a pure Pushing force up to 3 times in a row, causing a concussive wave to spread out in an radius to push back and knock out enemies. Fervently the brothers requested to be taken in with a promise to earn their own keep a a part of their society. The elves did not enjoy the humans, but having this great chance to study one of their enemies was worth it. For four years Nialas and Sammael spent their time learning the forest, from tracking and hunting animals, to communicating with the Forest. Lasair, a man for action and women aplenty took an opportunity to travel with the Blackstone Irregulars. He used his travels and his hearty nature to mature his Bard skills, often ending up in brawls for stealing a husbands wife or a father's daughter. Heath, the protector and leader, felt that keeping Lasair safe from others and others safe from him was the greatest good he could do. He grew in ranks steadily, enjoying the patience and tactics he learned from working with Lasair and the other brash recruits. To keep his fellow members safe, Heath read up on herbalism to find remedies and quick fixes to help in the field of war. Lasair, obsessed with the mysticism of runenchanting and learned to be an expert in Flame, Dwoemer, Paralyze, and Silverite runes. He found these to be most useful and studied them feverishly when he wasn't in bed, alone or otherwise, or causing mayhem. However, when the call went out for recruits for Grey Wardens, all four brothers knew it was a calling for them. In their pairs they began their rides to Everglade. By sheer happenstance they found one another in the Bannorn by the surprise attacks Lasair and Sammael were throwing at each other as they felt another pair following them. When they were all reunited their journey brought them back through their old home. They found the land taken by the apostates. This boiled their blood, but remembered that the darkspawn was the real threat. Vowing to make them pay, the brothers swore a blood oath to return to their land and free it when they were able. He travelled back and forth a lot, so he knew the area and the people well. Before the time when Professor Oak disappeared, Neo visited on his way to his father's house, loving to learn about Pokemon and being promised his own starter one day. Until he was 17 he worked at Oak's Lab, caring for Pokemon and helping them grow up. When the day came that Giovanni unleashed the Rockets onto Kanto he was sent away by the 3 people he cared about most: His mother, father and Oak. Each gave him a Pokemon to help him go on. Neo's mother gave up her Arcanine, for quick travel on foot. His father gave him the Lapras he used to travel from Pallet to Cinnabar. And finally, Oak gave him the choice between the 3 starters: Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander. Knowing that Viridian gym was known for their Rock and Ground Pokemon, Neo left Oak Squirtle and Bulbasaur, hoping they would be used to fend off anyone who came. Oak gave him one more gift, a parcel that had not been open and told Neo to keep it safe. As Neo hugged them goodbye, he felt a strong hand on his shoulder. It was Chuck, the Cianwood Gym Leader, another friend of the family. Taking Neo, they left for Cianwood together. Neo rebelled from Chuck, who was supposed to be his caretaker. Choosing to live in the seaside cliff in his own makeshift home, he left only a couple weeks after being in Cianwood. The day he choose to move out, he found the gym empty except for one Pokeball. The was a note from Chuck on it, saying use it well. Inside was a Hitmonchan, the for the Pokemon given to him by someone. He used all his Pokemon often as reminders of the loved ones he had. He made frequent trips back to Cianwood to help fortify defenses with his Pokemon, from ice barriers with Lapras to rock barriers built with his other Pokemon. Neo has his own makeshift home in the woods near a lake. He has a small enclosure behind it where he grows fruit from the reflected sunlight from the boulders above. Neo openly travels through Cianwood with his Pokemon, being well known and friendly with the one of the last full cities supporting the rebellion. His Charmander evolved into a Charmeleon after Team Rockets first couple attempts at invasion, using Grass Pokemon to counter was they expected to be a very Water based city.
