He stated, and lead everyone to the C2 Building. C2 Building is what you would call a "Event Hall" in a MMO. It has size nearly twice of a baseball stadium and can hold most of the citizen of the city. From here there is a stair which lead you to the lower level emergency shelter in case of something to happen, ensuring your safety. The inside of the building itself is spacious as you would expect and is filled with glass panel to project images. 

These glasses are called "Photon Glass" A multipurpose glass that can be utilized into various  interactive uses. It can display any images and also work as a touch panel. These photon glass are placed throughout the cities as  replacement for TV screen, notice signs, banisters, vending machine display, table, counter, and so on. It's part of daily life in this floating City of Tian Jin.
