Hey guys, the fourm looks cool. I want to throw in. Here is my application.

[hider=Species] The Imperium is primarily composed of the Hallböurg people. The Hallböurg are a fair skinned race, who are not physically imposing being tall and not very muscular. However, due to their large heads, their mental capacity is enormous allowing them to have very strong psychic abilities. Along with their height, they have abnormally long arms with dexterous fingers along with heat resistance,  allowing them to perform complex and delicate functions in hot areas like engines. They worship a trifecta of Ascended  Psykers in their race. These Psykers are so powerful that when their bodies die, they reincarnate as a more powerful versions of themselves at their main temple in the heart of their planet.[/hider]

[hider=Government] The Government is a democratic imperium. The Emperor is the forth most powerful Psyker in the imperium. The Emperor rules along side a body of Hallböurg elected by the people of the Imperium. The psychic abilities of all present prevents corruption because no words are spoken and all minds are opened. In times of war or other instances that are deemed necessary, powers of decision are given fully to the Emperor. If he refuses to give the power back, the trifecta strikes him down and returns power to the people. They rule from their capital world known as Aenghus Óg. The Emperor gets the honorary title of Rúla Búla after the first Emperor. [/hider]

[hider=Military] The millitary of the imperium is a passive aggressive force. On one of their planets, called Ferrarus, they discovered a metal that was unmallable by physical force but is very malleable via psychic powers. They use this metal to make their armor and then through a ritual, lock its structure in place, rendering it very hard to break by physical force and only slightly more vulnerable to psychic attack.  The army is made up of three divisions, an elite archer unit that fires arrows made of the afore mentioned metal imbued with some psychic power. The second group of soldier is a medium armored infantry unit that are equipped with a rectangular shield and a long spear. Due to their tall stature, they run very fast and their spears have an extremely long range. They use these to execute lightning raids to disrupt and get away from enemy troops. The third unit is the panzer unit. They are a very heavily armored troop with short swords who devote 100% of their psychic power to their armor.  [/hider]

[hider=Technology] The main technology of the Hallböurg species is composed of the Fragarach composite, the afore mentioned metal. This is found in abundance on Ferrarus and is used in their armor, space craft, and weapons. In order to travel faster than light, Psykers aboard the ships merge themselves and the ship with the Plaid. The Plaid is the universal psychic force that is used by the Hallböurg people. They then rematerialize  at their target location. They are master engineers and technicians and can learn how to repair an engine in a matter of seconds. [/hider]

[hider=History] The Hallböurg developed on their home world of Aenghus Óg as a very different species. They were small of slight build with no psychic powers and lived much as animals. They were taken over and enslaved by the Serapidids, who were rapidly expanding their empire. They were forced to work on a nearby satellite planet rich with minerals and liquid oil. As generations of them worked, they gradually turned into the race they are today, unable to develop physical power due to their overseers. However, they were able to develop massive psychic powers due to the ignorance of their overlords of the power psychic energy contains. While they were mining, they ran across Ferrarus but it was deemed trash due to its unmalleability by physical force. It was gradually collected by the Hallböurg who learned how to shape it into objects and created weapons and a navy. They then retook their planet and continued to conquer the empire of the Serapidids. At this point the leaders of the resistance Ascended and became Gods and the government was formed. [/hider]
