I do Tang Soo Do, which is the traditional form of Taekwondo. Basically, the forms are compareable, but we don't use body armor for sparring and we have punch, kick and grapple self defense techniques we need to learn as well. That aside we have weapon forms as well (jang bong, swords, daggers, double staff.. you get the idea.) and a more profound appearance of respect and tradition in training/fights. I could go on for hours but for anyone not interested saying ''its like Taekwondo'' is usually enough.
