Personality: Jacque can come of as rather cold and ridged to others, sometimes to the point where he seems more like a machine than a man at times. He's a professional first and foremost, whose primary goal will always be to follow whatever orders he receives to the letter. He's usually very patient, however he has little tolerance for failure and even less for insubordination, making him one to dole out punishment -up to but not limited to physical force- to anyone under his command should they not be "up to snuff". Continued failure under his command may result in him submitting a request for reevaluation of a subordinate's crime coefficient due to his severe distaste for failing.

Bio: Jacque's life started out fairly tame, he was the son of a U.S. ranger, who shaped Jacque into the man he is today through strict rules and demanding physical training. Upon reaching the cusp of his adulthood, Jacque considered joining the military himself, however he found himself wanting a job that was a bit more lucrative. He would find himself falling in with a private contracting company, seeing and doing more things than he cared to remember all in the name of money for many years. This career path eventually came to an end when a severe injury to his knee forced him to put his career on hold. He underwent surgery to repair the damage, however he was told that he would never be one hundred percent again and was forced to ultimately retire from the private contracting business. Not one to let an injury stop him from working, Jacque moved to Japan hoping for a fresh start. His experience and willingness to follow orders landed him a job as an inspector for the M.W.PS.B.

Extra Info: He uses his cane for long distance walking or moving over rough terrain. The cane itself is made of metal, with the top portion being weighted so he can use it as a weapon if need be.
