Powers: Levitation. He is able to control the orbs around his neck to form shields and fire them at enemies using his internal chi.
Skills and Expertise: Chang is a master of chi who focuses on inner peace to keep himself calm at all times making him an ideal person for negotiation. He is also a decent fighter of hand to hand combat which is rarely used as he prefers to find a peaceful way out of a situation rather than fighting. Naturally with a mechanical body he is able to interface with most computer systems allowing him to function in different universes with ease if they are technology based.
