Hi there!  Name's Casually Insane - and yes, that I am.  =D  I'm an avid fan of RP, and I usually have [i]way[/i] too much time on my hands, so I figured: why not?  And if you're interested, then by all means, let's do it together!  But first, here's a few things.

First, I'll tell you a bit about me.  I'm a 21 year old male; however, I was raised by and around females, so I'm much more in touch with my feminine side than most.  If that's weird to you, I don't mind, but I'm comfortable in it.  With that in mind, I can - and do - play both male and female characters.  I've been roleplaying for over a decade now, though I began in MMOs.  I think I have about... two years in forums, maybe?  Somewhere around there.  Anyway!  Depending on the day, I can be very cheery and bright, or very sullen and blunt.  I say this now so that, on my bad days, you can know in advance that it's likely not [i]you[/i] I'm mad at.  If it is, I'll tell you.  But it probably won't be.  =)  I usually write at a high-casual to advance level, and I prefer my partners to be at least casual.  I'm not a fan of two-line responses.  =/  There's just no way to respond to them.

Next, a few rules I always play by:
1.  I'm comfortable with most levels of mature content.  I can do kinks, but I don't do abuse, torture, or rape.  Period.  The only exception to this is torture for the sake of interrogating.
2.  I'll gladly do MxF and FxF romantically.  I [i]will[/i] play an MxM pairing, but it will not be romantic.  Just one of my no-zones.  Sorry guys.
3.  Respect the courtesies of RP: no god-modding, and no controlling my characters without my permission.  In exchange, I'll offer you the same courtesies.
4.  If at any time the RP gets to be boring, [i]please[/i] let me know.  I don't want to drag you along in a story you don't want to do anymore, and I won't think less of you for telling me.

[b]It's Magic![/b]  A young girl has fallen head-over-heels for the most popular boy in school.  However, she can never seem to catch his attention.  One day, however, she comes across a mysterious shop full of strange knick-knacks and doodads.  One of these is a magic lamp, containing within it a powerful genie!  With a genie at her side, can she finally win the heart of her dream boy?  Will she even want to?

[b]Safari Gone... Wrong?[/b]  A woman sets off on a big safari with her family.  However, a sudden attack by a stray wild animal leaves her cut off from everyone else.  Alone (and possibly wounded), she thinks her end has finally come, until she finds someone else wandering the jungle brush.  But the woman before her is not what she expected at all.  (What exactly she [i]is[/i] is something we can decide!)

[b]The Night Life[/b]  This is a story I started with a friend, but we were never able to complete it.  Phoenix City is famous for a lot of things, but nothing moreso than The Night Life, a night club that draws lines miles long every single night.  Unfortunately, like any great establishment, there are rumors aplenty.  The most popular is also the most terrifying: that all of the staff of the night club are actually [i]vampires![/i]  But that's just a rumor... right?

[b]The Sorcerer/Sorceress[/b]  In a medieval world ravaged by war, the Kingdom of Man and the Orc Tribes are at each others' throats, each killing countless soldiers in a bloody conflict.  Unfortunately, neither side seems able to gain any ground.  Seeking a trump card, the King sends a young knight in search of a being rumored to be well-versed in the magic arts.  There's just one problem: magic feared and mistrusted by almost the entire kingdom, the young knight included!

[b]Bound[/b]  Sealed away in an ancient temple, a creature of darkness waits trapped within a small, shadowy orb, locked within it until she is released by the touch of human hands.  Unfortunately for her, if a human ever [i]does[/i] release her, she is bound to serve them for the rest of that human's life!  And how will the human react when they suddenly find themselves the new owners of a sly, devious, and [i]dangerous[/i] new servant?
