At that, both twins grinned playfully at Peter, both having heard that multiple times already. They decided to mess with him a little bit first.

The twins asked oh-so innocently but they soon laughed it off, calling out their joke. "Well it's too bad, Peter," Hansel explained patiently. "It's a habit of ours," giggled Gretel. "Call us creepy twins," Hansel joked. "But we don't care," Finished the female twin.

Finally, both of them answered Peter's question in one voice. "We're freshmen." Hansel asked as an afterthought, "Are you a senior?"
