I think we had one of those, except she had about two posts before dissapearing.

Although, that one was apparently twisting things in ways. I'm not entirely sure.

We also had another one that controlled friction which is sort of similar in the usage at least.

On a side note, manipulating potential energy would be pretty sweet but completely over-powered.
