I still want to make a post about the last meeting between Poland and Prussia regarding Moscow, so let's not have that happen off-screen.

EDIT: They're also not "phasing mercenaries out in favor of Prussian troops", since they still want to keep Moscow and it would be silly to just give it away to Prussia. What they are doing is cutting the force down a bit to ease the costs, and asking Prussia to help maintain security there.
