Yeh, 2012 was some archaic shit. That's why the wiki is a bad reference.

The reason we made the info in the lore sheet so terse is that we want to give people freedom to do their own stuff. So long as you fulfill the basics - that Poland has those borders and that they produced weapons for Armenia - you can remake yourself from there.
