Lynx was caught off guard when the dragon started to battle. He backed a bit, fearing for his life. He bumped into the tree demon and jumped again, not expecting the demon to be behind him. "Sorry..." he said quietly, although Lynx seemed uncanny because his mouth didn't move when he spoke. He didn't really want to speak, but apologized to the tree out of habit. He looked back to the battle, more interested that frightened. His unblinking eyes watched as the dragons soared through the air, flinging their magic about. He aspires to use that kind of magic. He hated having to destroy things if an adversary challenged him. He made a note to himself to go to the bookstore and buy a book about magic when he went back to the city. That is, if it wasn't destroyed by the time he got back. He started to think deeper about the utter chaos that all of the other demons would bring. Obviously, some other demons, like the tree demon standing next to him, were nice, which made things more complicated for the hunters. He feared that another demon would challenge him, especially because he isn't much of a close-combat fighter, and most other demons are. That allows him to flee easier, however. He started to confuse himself on what demon he'd rather face when the sounds of magic brought his attention back to the real world.
