Well. That was really only Billy. She just flat out killed Zach and Rocky. Trini(a) is unknown, and Kimberly died in battle. Jason was killed by the agents of the Machine Empire, after Bulk and Skull sold them out.

But, Rita WAS the one who manipulated the events, so the blame still falls on her.
