She paused looked at Marcus almost feeling bad for the position he was in "Inside my soul I have an elemental sealed inside me, I can fuse with it using the magic in the seal on my human form to take on his liquid form. Once in this state I can move water around at my own free will, no magic involved." The girl explained and put on a harsh tone "Surrender, I don't want to waste time on you if you are this weak. I will just go ask Meruin to spar with me, she actually deserves a spot on the council, unlike a weakling like you!" Liz felt bad having to be this harsh to someone she wanted to help out.
