Oh! Also, how common are metahumans, exactly? Like, what percentage of the population would they be? 50 percent? 10? 1? Less than that, even? 

Are powers hereditary? From what I've read so far it sounds like they're genetic, so I would guess so, but do children always/usually have the same powers as their parents, or no? And is it a dominant trait? Like if a metahuman and an ordinary human were to have a child, would the odds be greater for them to have powers, or for them not to?
