I'm not entirely sure about population density, but it wouldn't be very high.

I'd say 10% of the population is stretching it quite a bit, considering that would still be at least a million or two.

As far as I know, meta powers are genetic, [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/58944-the-gifted-a-fast-paced-superpower-rp/ooc?page=59#post-2297128]one of our characters[/url] has the exact same power as her father does, but is somewhat less powerful because she uses it less.

I'm assuming that powers can run differently in the family however, as [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/58944-the-gifted-a-fast-paced-superpower-rp/ooc?page=75#post-2395547]another one of our character's[/url] powers opposed his brother's power [s]who we killed off when he wasn't looking[/s]

It's mostly up to you, as long as it makes sense.
