[b]Hugo Gaspar[/b] - Earthbending is a different ability from Lavabending (he can bend the earth in lava, if he so wishes, but only if there is actual lava around, which is unlikely) Edit this, and he's accepted.

[b]Li Shengshun[/b] - Accepted, but note that his Psyker abilities will be limited to energies only.

[b]Yosuke Tsukino[/b] - Not many problems really, however his swordplay skill; he either makes swords or knows how to use them properly, it can't be both (unless knowing how to use them is not an ability gifted to him by the Angel, but that would make little sense given his status as a NEET) Decide on one then I'll accept it. If you change it completely, that's fine, but I have to make sure it balances well.

[b]Steven Tall[/b] - Haha, well, we've got an Alex Mercer Expy here ^_^ Anyway, he's accepted, however, the strength of his bio-material absortion will vary per universe, and in some universes, there are things he can't absorb at all, so really, it's not OP at all :)

[b]Lotte Brynhildr[/b] - Caelumkinesis: What does 'everything in it' entail? Does this mean the birds flying in the sky, the clouds, or . . . ? Give a bit more detail, and she's accepted.

[b]Santiago Orzc[/b] - How strong is is Biokinesis and how does it work? What does his Black Flame negate? These need more explanation before I can accept your character. 

Anyway, these aside, I just realized that most of your characters are mentally and socially unbalanced xD This is going to be wonderful . . .
