Fact: Yuri was born the younger of two children to a single mother in St. Petersburg. 

Fact: At age 5, his mother was hit by a taxi and killed, leaving him in the care of his older sister, Zoya.

Fact: His sister could not find legal employment and fell in with the Mafiya as a drug dealer.

Fact: Three years ago, Zoya returned home in a panic, fled while Yuri slept and did not return.

There are those that say that, without his sister, Yuri snapped. He went looking for answers to his sister's disappearance and got lost in the ocean of ridiculous potential expainations and absurd ideas, too young and scared to stay together and face the facts. But Yuri insists that he knows more than the average person and that his mailman is, without question, being payed off by ghosts.

[b]Abilities:[/b]
Energy Constructs: Yuri is capable of manifesting a variety of hard-light, semi-real constructs out of thin air for a limited time. Yuri must know the inner-workings (or at least think that he knows the inner workings) of anything he creates. As such, his favored constructs take the form of tiny UFO shaped explosive discs and, thanks to a run-in with the Whale Council (don't ask) last year, a Lahti-L39 Anti-Tank Rifle.

[b]Trivia:[/b] Yuri is many things, but a racist is not one of them. He is utterly repulsed by people who invent conspiracies built around their prejudices, believing them to be "a disgrace to all who seek truth". Also, he requires an amount of alcohol that would easily kill a normal person to become intoxicated.
