What do you mean by sabotage the game for others?

So let's say my character wasn't exactly a good guy, but just another slave that wanted something another character had. (Say a doll they had on the side of the road) My character decides to attack that character when they are alone, or steal it when she's asleep. Is that sabotage?

If not, what is an example of sabotage?
