I'm terribly sorry for making you guys wait so long. Some last minute issues surfaced and I'm gonna have to take care of them for this week, and probably the next one too. I'll try and strike as much sections as I can today, as I'm striving to get the OOC up by tomorrow, but no promises. If any of you, however, wants to drop out for reasons, then I perfectly understand.

Guys, the unfinished OOC is here; OOC I still have a few things to fix, but feared that I'd lose you all, so I threw this in prematurely. You can create the CS, but you need to wait 'till the OOC is complete for the IC. Again, I'm terribly sorry for the delay and if anyone's changed it's mind, then I completely understand.
