Personality: He has a nice enough personality around others, even strangers. He likes to play simple pranks on others and is known to control these pranks so he can't physically hurt someone using it... unless they are someone he hates. He tends to hurt most people he hates emotionally, like embarrassing them in front of many people. He's quite a fighter too.
Bio: Leo was led an oddly weird life. He was an orphan most of his life, only getting a family when he was 10 years old. They had a pretty weird family name too. He had an older sister who was pretty sadistic and she had a boyfriend who was a masochist. He didn't quite get the whole S and M thing. Every once in a while, his older sister would ask him to pull pranks with her and he does and that's how he came to love pranking.
