Alright, I got this. He told me stuff cause we know each other IRL.

Basically, she can't really hack his arms because they're alien lifeforms, and they're attached to Alto right now. But assuming Alto attacks Ruby with his arms, they will shut down as Ruby also has a high potential to be the emperor of the alien race, possibly higher than Alto's own potential. The reason they're on Alto is probably cause they found him first or something. At any rate, the tech will do nothing to harm potential emperors, so if Alto attacks Ruby, he's screwed.
