Takeshi really didn't have the faintest idea what he could do to help, as he hadn't a clue what got Shu so stressed to begin with. He figured it was enclosed spaces that put the little guy on edge and yet the airship was open as could be; flying wasn't anything new for him, he did that both on his own and on Nimbus. Really this wasn't anything new for them, so what gives? Hoping to help a little bit he moved his brother into his lap, figuring maybe the closeness would help make Shu feel a little more at ease. It probably didn't help the situation that Takeshi had gone and made a gasp as well, even if it was one more of discomfort than fright. Squirming uncomfortably he smiled sheepishly at Shu, giving him a pat on the back as he kept questioning things. "Well... I mean I can't be, but if we only go into a small body of water then there's no way there can be something big in it, right? We'll try finding a little lake, or a river or something even." They would just have to be careful and not go jumping into the first body of water they came across, that's all. "Maybe you're all stressed and everything because you haven't slept, you know? I know when I go without sleep for a while I get all cranky and nervous sometimes," Takeshi said, "But you don't want to sleep, so... Maybe we should play something? It's safe to walk around so we could play tag maybe?" The musician hadn't known what to expect of the take off, and was just as surprised as anyone when it happened. Rather than take to the benches like the Saiyans had however he was far more interested in looking around, seeing what he could over the railings. Sure, flying was scarcely a new concept and he'd seen sights like this dozens of times, but never like this. He'd never have thought he'd be returning home in a flying ship, and he was thrilled with the songs he could write about this! If this was the future for their people then it was going to be a very interesting future indeed, it would be interesting to see how things developed from here. Smiling as he watched the ground pass by below the musician finally tore himself away from the side of the airship, looking over at the Saiyans curiously. They either seemed terribly disinterested or frightened by this, what a shame they couldn't enjoy the journey. T'charrl didn't seem very relaxed either, perhaps he could do something to help with that? Music had a way to soothe people if done right, and what better time than now to try? Smiling as he took the lute into his hands he closed his eyes, plucking one string and beginning to hum along with the note. Soon he was plucking one after another, playing a soft melody in hopes of helping tone down the tense atmosphere.
