So basically everyone has a basic set of brackets that their numbers could fall into depending on my rolls e.g Army totals go up to 60,000 max, and 30,000 at least with no army traits whatsoever. Then, using your trait choices, these brackets are moved up or down to reflect the strengths and weaknesses. A friend of mine designed a programme I use to do all this in one quick and easy swoop.

In regards to stability having more than 8 or 9 traits means the brackets for stability is lowered however it doesn't mean you will automatically have a bad stability.

Having spare points does not help your stability, no. Let me know when you have made the change and I will start your rolls.
