Spent this week dealing with a heavy emotional bombshell of crap, then had to move everything in the house so painters can come and paint for three days. Parents left for Tahoe too, so I'm in the middle of a crap infested house with the dogs, having to deal with my essay and everything else while hoping the weather holds up so I'm not walking in the rain early in the morning and late at night. BUT the plus side is the house is now all mine, I'm not being dragged out on the town so I get to spend the next couple of days on my own writing for school and RPs. :3 Oh you're going up to Chicago for training? My brother went there, enjoyed it I think. But I hope you're going when it's not a mess up there. And hey, I went to that language institute for a school field trip once, it's pretty fancy, I hope you enjoy the awesome west coast weather! Well, I know you will actually. You'll be in a nice part of CA, of course they have a base further down south in San Diego where my brother was stationed and most people like it, starts with a "C" but the name escapes me. The bar scene may be a bit more pricey because of the state itself but you should still be able to have a great time. I hope you like Mexican food, seafood and...now I'm just making myself hungry and I don't have any luck. </3

Ha! Sadly I won't be 21 until the very end of my training. If even then. no worries on the bar scene :p but there's always something to do, I'm sure!

Finally! Sorry it's kinda lame. I was trying really hard for the cute in their pairing, but wanted to make sure there was some insight to how James sees their relationship, contrary to Sasha's perspective. ^^

I figured it would depend on how long Sasha and James end up going. I'm not suggesting we go far enough for them to be on their own but I know we need to start considering the important things compared to what they'll bring to the big skip for the future.

I think they seem like the kind of couple that would break up in or just before college - like, either they try long distance and fail hard (he is going into an engineering degree, after all, so his time will be strained quite a bit and he'll be really stressed out) or one of them proposes that they just kind of stop being a couple and see if they ever naturally end up together.

I think we planned that they'd drift apart in the summer of their senior year since we wanted Sasha to go abroad? I feel like it might be mutual for them to split up and sort of "discover themselves" and see what it's like in other relationships around them, as opposed to going through the hardship of long distance?

That would make total sense. I have plans for grown up James XD poor fella, can't wait to see them reconnect. Do we wanna "double" on main characters as ours grow up and try new relationships? I know at this point there's little denying that our genre is almost entirely romantic at this point, which isn't bad at all, it's just something to note. Do we want to play through a couple of relationships before they reconnect and meet in the game again? Or will we skip that and play it through explanation and whatnot?

I think we also wanted to go back over the plot of the MMORPG as well as the world they now live in. I think we mentioned some considerable unrest going on. I think when he do skip, it might be easier for us to just each sum up the events as opposed to just writing out relationship stuff if it doesn't directly do much for our main characters.

The unrest happened during their childhood XD I realized a while ago the way the birthdays line up, that it's now after 2020 and England is in a Golden Age, America is going to be facing quite a bit of debt and job loss, at least in certain industries... Hm... Should we rethink the timeline? Bump everything up a few years? Or bump back our character's respective birthyears?

Hmm...I guess things may have shifted a bit? I could have sworn was had planned to have them have the game during a time of unrest but I also recall that where they are now, they may have been getting out of some kind of icky situation. I think going back over the timeline and ensuring we're on the same page may help. It'd be better than assuming other wise I think. >__<'

I know we agreed on that XD and then we made their birthdays 2006 (I followed you on that :o ) which means the game releasing would have happened as Britain entered a Golden Age. So everything is wonky. I think having the game without the unrest politically is fine. I mean, I have a lot of developing for James planned. He's going to be a whole different man then the boy she dated in high school. However, examining the timeline is highly recommended ^^" something got lost in our haste during those last days of planning.
