Thanks! Avarice is fun because it's not hunger, its pure greed. Instead of consuming everything she wants to preserve it so no one else can have it

The EMP is a one and done move she would not be able to use any of her active powers afterwards and would be very tired, she hasn't really perfected the technique yet, not to mention only the building she is in is affected. Though I get what you're saying, but don't worry, she couldn't go around shutting things down even if she wanted to. If Cer knew that an EMP would lead to anyone's death, good or bad she wouldn't do it unless it was really her only option, she's not a killer.

If Cer tried to learn Ruby's power maybe but otherwise she would not feel the effect because she does not use the power. That's supposing she doesn't feel the effects if shes not using the power, if no then I think her regen and Self sustenance (maybe?) would play a role in keeping her running.

Hmmm... She would have to be in the area to sense a power and she would notice that her Aura sensing abilities were weak so she would be suspicious so she would know but she would have a very hard time with it because of the dampening.
