Questions, questions, questions...

1. What's the general tone of the show? I get that it's cheesy, but are we going for, like, a more soap opera-ish deal where it's one big overarching story that's often meant to be super serious, or more episodic and/or lighthearted in nature, a la Supernatural, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so on and so forth? On a similar note...

2. What's the general premise of the show? We're all reincarnated mythical creatures, which is groovy, and there's good guys and bad guys involved, which I can totes dig, but what is the show itself actually about? Is there some overarching concept like, say, the Masquerade that needs to be enforced by the protagonists/deuteragonists?
