Not exactly. You got tremendous costs associated with doing so that would most likely bankrupt the country. I'm pretty sure jingoism would be refrained even, because you'd be going in to do something expensive without the slightest bit of suggestion it'll pay off well into the long term. Because what else can Finland supply to the Swedish market it can't get already on its own, or even from mainland Europe?
