So it is, Sweden is a neutral country so much so that any form of action in the geopolitical sense is unacceptable.

Which means I will instead have Sweden in recent times take a role like switzerland since the other switzerland was invaded and under prussian influence.  

Sweden has a lot going for it in that regard, being a neutral country in a place hard to get at along with having a stable, secure state.  Not sure on privacy though.
