Switzerland is not being invaded by Prussians.

And I think that was heavily retconned to have been a brief campaign by the surrounding countries to basically get their money back after Switzerland made some huge loans it couldn't pay back. But it's over now, and the damage wouldn't have been widespread. 

Prussian influence is probably minimal and not much beyond Switzerland watching its ass because it knows it can be invaded. Freddy isn't telling their President what to do.
