Ah. Gotcha. Current idea is an Egyptian/Pueblo (Two great tastes that may just taste great together) themed race of Gila Monsters. Theocracy ruled over by priest-kings who are powerful mages, the average shmuck lizard is big and strong but their area is relatively resource poor and they aren't the most advanced technologically so they tend to not be anything other than a regional power.  In any case I'll make up a sheet if more interest is shown.
